About Cascade Family & Implant Dentistry

 Dr. Joe Fazzio grew up on the east side of the state in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He attended Michigan State University and graduated with degrees in both Human Biology and Finance. He began his dental school education at the University of Michigan and, after graduating, stayed at Michigan for three additional years to complete advanced training in Prosthodontics, a dental specialty focusing on the complex restoration of missing teeth including: dentures, removable partial dentures, and implants.

Joe is married to Madeline Fazzio, a Grand Rapids native and a second grade teacher at St. Paul the Apostle. Together they welcomed their first child Vincent James in November 2022. Joe is an active member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, West Michigan District Dental Society, and the American College of Prosthodontics. Outside of work, he enjoys all the activities of a new family, cooking, and exploring all west Michigan has to offer!

Amber moved to the Grand Rapids area a little over a decade ago. She has over 20 years experience in a variety of office settings and customer service. Amber holds a degree in environmental design and knows the importance on how a calming environment can positively impact what can sometimes be a stressful situation. She strives to make your experience at Cascade Family and Implant Dentistry a positive one and works with the rest of the team to ensure you are comfortable and well informed prior to making any decisions regarding your dental health. 

Meet Natalie, the newest addition to our team! Natalie graduated from Grand Valley State with a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences. She is excited for the opportunity to learn from Dr. Fazzio before embarking on her own journey through dental school. When this workaholic isn’t on the clock, she enjoys going to the gym, singing and playing music and earned an additional degree in vocal performance. 

Terra grew up in West Michigan and attended East Kentwood High School and Western Michigan University before graduating from GRCC with a degree in dental hygiene. Terra recently became a mother to a beautiful baby boy and has three feline fur babies! In her free time, Terra enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family. 

  Meet our furry and excitable pup, Weller! Named after the bourbon, Weller hails from Austin, TX, where he was rescued Nov, 2023. He is a wonderful big brother to Vincent Fazzio and official greeter for Cascade Family & Implant Dentistry. Weller enjoys long walks on the beach, peanut butter anything, and cleaning the floor after his brother eats. Although it may be close, we don’t know who’s more excited to see you walk in, us or Weller!
